ECTT ACADEMICIAN EMIL CONSTANTINESCU, PRESIDENT OF ROMANIA, LAUNCHES THE CONCEPT OF CULTURAL DIPLOMACY
Emil Constantinescu, member of European Tourism Academy and President of Romania (1996-2000) had announced that he will host an International Symphosium on Cultural Nation Branding.
The International Symposium on Cultural Diplomacy in Romania will address important issues related to cultural diplomacy in the region, with a specific focus on higher education in the field of cultural diplomacy. Higher Education has proven to be one of the most significant vehicles for cultural diplomacy for centuries and it has enabled generations of students across the world to benefit from international experiences in the framework of educational exchange programs and studying abroad as well to academically learn the necessary tools needed in order to apply cultural diplomacy.
The International Symposium on Cultural Diplomacy in Romania will take place in Bucharest at a number of important political, historic, and cultural locations across the city.
Speakers and delegates during the symposium will include leading politicians, chief diplomats, leading governmental officials, senior academics, renowned authors, journalists, and celebrated artists. These speakers will include a large number of individuals from the ICD Advisory Board.
